Jessica Mundy and Amber Hays have been appointed business development associates at Indianapolis-based WorkSmart Systems Inc. The company has also hired Jennifer Roesler as a human resources generalist.

INDIANAPOLIS – WorkSmart Systems, Inc., a leading professional employer organization with client companies in 37 states, announces today the expansion of its sales force with the hiring of two business development associates and a general human resources position.

Jessica Mundy, an eight-year employee at WorkSmart in the human resources and benefit department, and Amber Hays, who has an extensive sales background, are new business development associates. Jennifer Roesler joins WorkSmart as a human resources generalist.

As business development associates, Mundy and Hayes will work to generate new client opportunities for WorkSmart, which offers an integrated menu of human resources management and employee benefit programs, such as health care and wellness platforms, retirement planning, payroll management, employee handbooks and human resources training and education. Roesler will assist client employees with various tasks specializing in benefits administration, analysis and enrollment, as well as assisting the sales team with new business outreach.

WorkSmart’s expansion comes as the national economy emerges from a recession and businesses expand their services while relying on outside expertise for administrative tasks.

“Our personalized and comprehensive services place us in the ideal position to help businesses take advantage of an improving economic picture as they focus on growing their product while we handle essential administrative responsibilities,” said Matt Thomas, president of WorkSmart Systems. “Jessica and Amber make a dynamic team on the frontlines in securing new opportunities, and Jennifer’s background provides valued expertise in our home office.”
