Comprehensive Wellness Program

Wellness Exam

WorkSmart is dedicated to affecting a long term improvement in the health of all participants in the WorkSmart medical plans. A by-product of this change is lower health care costs to the employee and employer. Our comprehensive wellness program is a large part of this effort. This program includes an annual visit with a wellness coordinator, Health Risk Assessment (HRA), and screening for common risk factors. The goal of the program is to bring risk factors to the attention of the employee, and to provide them with information that will help them make healthy decisions.
