“Sir, I've never liked working with any benefits departments from my past employers because I always had the impression that it would be time consuming, they would be rude, and that they would not answer questions I've had. I had questions on the flex spending plan, and Jessica explained it to me very well, and when I had a problem, she looked it up and resolved it very quickly. I think one of the things that make a company a success are people who work hard to deserve their wages. Not only do people like Jessica contribute to the success of the company, but because the company can operate efficiently, they contribute to the success of the economy as a whole.
