Thomas predicts human resource outsourcing in the USA will continue to grow at an annual rate of 16 percent through the year 2009. As a leader in the Indiana marketplace, WorkSmart could lower the total cost of HR services by 20 to 30 percent.

“Sir, I've never liked working with any benefits departments from my past employers because I always had the impression that it would be time consuming, they would be rude, and that they would not answer questions I've had.
