Medical Insurance Options
WorkSmart offers access to a large group medical plan with a variety of choices available to the employee. All plan options are offered on a fully insured basis through Aetna, and all plan options have a large national PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) network. The plan options include traditional deductible/co-pay based plans, as well as, consumer driven health plans (CDHP).
The unique value that can be provided by WorkSmart is the ability of small to medium size businesses to offer their employees the ability to join a much larger group, and gain the economy of scale that provides more choice and greater premium stability.
