Dealing with benefits related insurance issues can often be confusing and frustrating for employees. The WorkSmart Benefits Team will assist employees with these issues, and be an advocate for them with the insurance carriers. Because WorkSmart is a major account to all of these insurance carriers, we have direct access to a dedicated service team at each insurance carrier that can resolve issues in a more efficient manner than the employee would typically be able to accomplish on their own.
